Worshipping God is our most significant value as He is above all and through us all. We pursue worship acknowledging God is Supreme and deserves our adoration, admiration, praise and thanks. We offer Him worship and praises with sincerity, humility, reverence, joyfulness and childlikeness because He is God, and
He deserves the highest place in our lives and community.
BIBLE-BASED PREACHING AND TEACHING
The Word of God is viewed as an absolute and is the authority in our church for our life (styles), instruction, guidance, and definition of truth. Bible-based preaching and teaching inspired by the Holy Spirit will facilitate our spiritual growth and ministry development.
The Holy Ghost is the love of God shed abroad in our hearts. The love of God is administered to every believer so people may feel loved and accepted. Since people matter to God, people are the most important component to the kingdom and our discipleship is
characterized by our love one to another. Since Jesus died to show the love of God to the world, then the believer must show this love to all as well. This cultivates an atmosphere for people to become whole and experience spiritual health.
Family is designed by God and established for the purpose of building community. The foundation of family is marriage and this institution was founded by God and must be honored. Human sexuality is biblically determined as male and female and this belief is part of the foundation of family so it may remain in existence through procreation. The preservation of strong families through healthy marriages and stable homes is achieved through teaching the roles of men and women, husband and wife, and children.
EQUALITY IN GOD'S KINGDOM
Respect of persons is an offense in God’s kingdom as all people are created in God’s image and likeness. Favoring persons because of their economic status, race, nationality, gender or social status is not acceptable in the Kingdom. God’s sacrifice of Jesus Christ to save man, to be an heir in the kingdom of God and to do the work of the ministry is offered to whosoever believes.
Consistent times to come together as a body to pray and intercede for the life of the church (its growth spiritually and numerically) is vital to our existence. The church body will be fruitful in service and ministry where there is unity. Corporate prayer develops unity in the Spirit promoting bonds with each other and the collective bond with God.
The bible-based teaching of tithing, giving offerings, and sharing life’s resources benefit the church to provide what is needed for the Christian education of the membership and the spiritual development of the body so it is equipped to do the work of the ministry.
